Mold Remediation
Mold doesn't stay put. Neither do we.
South Orange County's coastal humidity gives mold everything it needs. We track down the moisture source causing it, remove the growth safely, and confirm the air is clean before we consider the job finished.

Mold rarely shows up where you can see it first.
It grows quietly behind shower tile, under flooring, and inside wall cavities — anywhere moisture lingers. By the time it's visible or you can smell it, it's usually been established for a while.
That's why our remediation process starts with finding the actual moisture source, not just treating the surface growth. Otherwise, it comes back.
Our process
Contain it, remove it, verify it's gone.
Inspect & test
We identify the mold type, the extent of growth, and — most importantly — the moisture source feeding it.
Contain the area
Physical containment and negative air pressure keep spores from spreading to unaffected parts of your home during removal.
Remove & treat
Affected materials are safely removed or treated, and surfaces are cleaned with antimicrobial treatment.
Fix the source
Whatever caused the moisture — a leak, poor ventilation, grading — gets addressed so the mold doesn't just come back in six months.
Air quality check
Post-remediation testing confirms spore counts are back to a normal range before we hand the space back to you.
Documentation
You get a full report — useful for insurance, real estate transactions, or just peace of mind.
Why it matters
This isn't a job for bleach and a fan.
DIY mold removal usually treats what's visible and misses the moisture source entirely — which means it's back within weeks, often worse. Left alone, mold can also affect indoor air quality and, in some cases, the structural integrity of the materials it's growing on.
Our crew is trained to find the root cause, contain the work area properly, and confirm — not assume — that the air is clean before we leave.
Common questions
What South OC homeowners ask us.
Can I just clean the mold myself?
For very small surface areas, sometimes. But if it's covering more than a couple square feet, has returned after cleaning, or you can't find the moisture source, it needs a professional assessment — otherwise it typically comes back.
Is mold remediation covered by insurance?
It depends on the cause. Mold resulting from a sudden covered event (like a burst pipe) is often covered; mold from long-term humidity or neglect usually isn't. We can help you understand which applies to your situation.
How long does remediation take?
Most residential jobs take 2–5 days depending on the extent of growth and how much containment and drying is needed.
Will the mold just come back?
Not if the underlying moisture source is fixed — which is why that's a core part of our process, not an optional add-on.
